What times do you open/close?

MONDAY- FRIDAY 3PM-10PM

SATURDAY-SUNDAY 12PM-10PM

Times may be subject to change depending on renovation work or seasonal changes, please send us a message on our facebook page if you have any questions.

What forms of ID do you take?

We accept drivers licenses or a provisional or a passport or a citizen card with a holographic logo. All entries and ejections are at the discretion of our security team and all refusals are final.

Do you have a dress code?

We don't however we cannot accept customers in sports wear after 9pm, this includes shorts or tracksuit bottoms. All decisions are made on a case by case basis and are at the discretion of our security team.

Do you allow children?

Only until 9pm

Do you allow dogs?

Only until 9pm

Do you have wheelchair access?

We do! On arrival please alert one of our management team or door team and they will assist you. Unfortunately we only have disabled access  to our main floor at this time. 

Do you take deposits for bookings?

We can depending on the size of the booking and the date of the booking. Please email jackie@barpop.co.uk to discuss payment options for any bookings.

I have an issue to discuss, how do I contact a manager?

We hope no one is asking this question... but if you do need to speak to someone about an experience you have had please email  our general manager aaron@barpop.co.uk who will be more than happy to help.

Can I book any of your drag acts for my event that isn't at your bar?

Of course! Send an email to our Entertainments Manager jackie@barpop.co.uk to discuss this further! 

Can I reserve a table on the main floor?

Unfortunately not, we can only accept reservation for our Divas Saturday show in the basement. All other seats on the main floor or VIP are first come first served. YOU CAN HOWEVER reserve an area on the floor for larger groups/events! Email jackie@barpop.co.uk to do so and for more info!

I had a picture taken by your photographer, where is it?

All photographs are uploaded to our facebook page within 48 hours of your night out so you won't have to wait long!

I've lost something in your venue, how do I get it back?

Bob us a quick message on our facebook page and the duty manager will happily check for your lost item and organise when and how is best to reunite you with it.
